Attendance Policy

 A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice. Covid related cancellations are excused from penalty as long as the client calls the office to cancel the appointment before the scheduled arrival time. Clients are expected to pay by cash, check, debit, HCA card, or credit card at the end of each session.

For missed appointments, the client must pay the fee before scheduling another appointment. If the client misses more than one appointment, they will be required to put a credit card number on file and authorize their therapist to charge client’s credit card for any unpaid invoices. Client shall not make any chargebacks to Company’s account or cancel the credit card that is provided as security without prior written consent. Client is responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any collection fees associated therewith.
